JD3-44P Dovetail Rack & Pinion X-axis Stage

The C&K JD3-44P is a lightweight single X-axis manual dovetail positioning stage with rack and pinion driving mechanism, designed for short-stroke fine horizontal adjustment in optical alignment, laboratory testing and miniature inspection fixtures. The table platform measures 40×40 mm, reserving multiple threaded mounting holes to securely hold optical lenses, micro sensors and small measuring jigs. It delivers ±10 mm of effective horizontal travel, perfectly matching the demand for subtle horizontal position calibration in compact experimental systems.

Equipped with integrated vernier scale, this manual stage provides 0.1mm readable resolution for precise position reading in repeated adjustment cycles. Its static parallelism reaches 50μm and driving parallelism maintains 30μm across the whole stroke range, ensuring stable flatness and guiding accuracy as the platform slides.
