JD2-44P Dovetail Rack Pinion X Stage

The JD2-44P manual dovetail linear stage is a precision X-axis adjustment platform built for micro-positioning tasks in laboratory testing, optical alignment and small automated inspection equipment. Driven by rack and pinion mechanism paired with dovetail guideway, this stage delivers stable and smooth manual movement without backlash interference during fine tuning.

The work surface measures 40mm × 40mm, providing compact mounting space for sensors, small optical lenses and test fixtures. It features a ±10mm effective travel range, which is suitable for short-distance micro adjustment requirements. Equipped with vernier scale readout, users can clearly read position with 0.1mm resolution, making repetitive positioning operations much easier.

Manufactured from high-strength aluminum alloy, the whole unit is treated with hard black anodization. This surface treatment effectively prevents oxidation, scratches and corrosion in workshop and lab environments. The static parallelism reaches 70μm, and driving parallelism keeps at 30μm during movement, guaranteeing stable flatness while sliding. The rated load capacity is 2.3kgf, which can handle lightweight fixtures and measuring components steadily.

This X-axis stage weighs only 0.3kg, featuring integrated X base plate design for convenient installation. Multiple threaded holes are reserved on the top and base for flexible mounting and stacking. Compared with screw-driven manual stages, the rack & pinion driving method brings faster hand adjustment speed, which helps operators finish position calibration more efficiently. It is widely used in microscopic observation, laser calibration, electronic product inspection and other precision manual adjustment scenes.
