In March 2025, a delegation of South Korean cooperative clients visited our company to conduct a supplier review and factory inspection, laying a solid foundation for deepening cooperation in the filter business. This factory inspection focused on the compliance of the production environment and the professionalism of the machinery and equipment, with the core assessment being our company's independent manufacturing strength and quality control capabilities for filters.
The customer team went deep into the production workshop to conduct an on-site inspection of the entire self-developed production line from filter batching, sintering to frequency modulation testing. The workshop strictly adheres to the standards of the electronics manufacturing industry. The temperature and humidity are precisely controlled within the range of 18-28℃ and 40%-70% humidity. The anti-static grounding system and 5S management have been fully implemented, providing a stable environmental guarantee for the production of precision filters. In the equipment area, the customer carefully inspected the operation status and maintenance records of the CNC machining machine tools, laser electrode processing equipment and frequency modulation testing instruments. They affirmed the high-precision performance of the equipment and the regular calibration mechanism, and recognized their supporting role in the quality of the filters.
In the production scheduling stage of the assembly line, our company strictly adheres to the SOP standards provided by the customer, and formulates the schedule based on the principle of "prioritizing the process sequence and bottleneck processes". The production kanban provides real-time visualization of the process progress to ensure that the entire process is standardized and controllable. By reviewing the order evaluation, process flow and quality traceability records, the customer fully recognized our company's standardized production capacity and process control level of filters. This factory inspection is not only a verification of qualifications but also a deep demonstration of manufacturing capabilities, building a solid bridge of mutual trust for the subsequent expansion of cooperation between the two sides.
